Good Earth Organic Farm and Stables requires manual labor from the World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms organization. "WWOOFers" are volunteers that travel to work on smaller organic farms in return for food and housing. WWOOFers spend a vast majority of their time weeding, as pesticides and other chemicals are nonexistent on organically certified farms.
